Our biggest differentiator is experience. We are a design group a great deal of experience with clients large and small. We have more solutions and more skills across a lot of different tools and media to help address serious business challenges.

We’re a small team of highly experienced strategists, designers, writers, and more. We come from the agency world, trained at design and business schools, and worked for major brands (i.e., Apple, Nike, Visa, Adidas) and campaigns with great success.

Good design is not cheap. Hence, with us, you’re paying only for when you need serious design, branding, and marketing work. This saves you thousands versus a full-time senior designer.

Plus, we’re a team of experts. We have lots of different skills and resources to best fit your needs.

Everything starts with a phone call to discuss your needs, expectations, and so forth. From there, we’ll set up a plan and schedule followed by a project “kick-off” to understand challenges, identify objectives, and get things rolling.

Work is typically shared via a private and dedicated Dropbox directory that’s shared with our clients. We tend to communicate via emails and texts, but we can also use Slack and other similar communication and project management tools.

Most project have milestones, review and feedback opportunities, and ongoing status communications.

We work really hard to set expectations and strategy up front to minimize confusion. We want to solve your issues and will provide 2-3 revisions to address any concerns. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as your paying for our time and experience. But we will work exceptionally hard to get it right!

We only work on a retainer basis starting at $8K/mo. and increasing based on the resources needed for larger projects.
